You can create themed shadow boxes, using items away from a school year, any wedding or even a celebration, or make shadow boxes for friends by including pictures or items that remind you of them.

Shoebox Tape Scissors Craft glue or hot glue gun Paper Figures, coins, knickknacks, etc.

Suggest Edits

1 Generate definite your shoebox is sturdy. Tape up the parts plus corners if necessary. Most shadow boxes are fairly shallow, so trim the box because needed so that the sides are no taller than 4 inches.

3 Place the shoebox on hers side, either horizontally or vertically, depending on what will be displayed in it. Own the open side face you.

5 Place your items in the box. Lay the box down, open side increase, to glue items to the back wall of the shadow box. Organize items so they may be seen clearly. Location larger items inside the back plus smaller items closer to the front about the box. Hang beads or strands of items from the best of the box with a distinctive look. Use craft glue or any warm glue gun to stick items, but ensure that the hot glue gun will not melt or wreck every items.

6 Step back and ensure that all the items can be seen.

7 Place the shadow box on a table or shelf by any level wherever it can be seen easily, although not knocked off.

Tips & Warnings

Generate certain the items you location from your shoebox are not too heavy to the box to help them.
